Shirt Slaughter Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Shirt Slaughter order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To request a return or exchange, contact Shirt Slaughter with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. Please do not send merchandise back without first contacting us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and size exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the item when possible.

If the problem was our mistake, Shirt Slaughter will cover the cost of making it right.

Slaughtered Designs

Shirt Slaughter designs don't live forever. Designs may be removed from sale as part of the Shirt Slaughter competition.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the same design, style, or size will still be available when an exchange is requested. If your original item is no longer available, we'll work with you on an appropriate alternative, which may include another available design, Store Credit, or a refund.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we'll issue the applicable refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Memberships & Store Credit

Shirt Slaughter Membership charges are governed by our separate Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Store Credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or transferred except where required by law.
